1. Placing your order.

1.1. In order to place an order you must be 18 years old and able to contract.

2. Supplying your order.

2.1. We will supply you with the products indicated in your order confirmation in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2.2. The timetable for receiving orders is twenty-four (24) hours on three hundred and sixty-five (365) days of the year, although orders placed after seventeen (17) hours will not be processed, remaining for the following working day in the city of Madrid.

Orders received during the weekend will be processed first thing the following Monday, or first business day.

3. Prices

3.1. The price of the products includes the corresponding VAT and will be indicated in your order and/or invoice.

3.2. Shipping costs, when applicable, are at your expense, as indicated on your order and invoice.

3.3. In shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer, on receipt of the product, will bear the cost of customs clearance and payment of local tax, IGIC or similar.

4. Payment of your order/s.

4.1. You can pay for your products by the payment systems that appear in the payment methods section of our online shop: Payment Methods

4.2. You must pay in the currency indicated on your invoice. We only accept payments in Euros.

4.3. If you pay by credit card, you must provide your credit card details at the time of placing your order. We only accept secure card payments where your identity as a cardholder is authenticated according to the method established by your bank, through the secure e-commerce service (“Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard SecureCode”).

4.4. If you pay by bank transfer/account deposit, a payment request will be sent to you by email, your order will not be reserved or sent until we have received payment in our bank account. If you do not receive payment for the full amount within 7 days from the date of your order, it may be cancelled.

4.5. The maximum payment amount by PayPal is 399.99 euros per order.

5. Delivery of your order.

5.1. We will send your order to the shipping address listed in your order request.

6. Satisfaction or return. Right of withdrawal.

6.1. If you are not satisfied with any of the products in your order, you may exercise the right of withdrawal and request the return, within a maximum period of fifteen (15) calendar days following receipt of the order, to obtain a refund of the amount of the product (s).

6.2. However, you will not be able to return a product to us and will not be able to claim a refund if it is customised, perishable or expired. 7. Warranty.

7.1. All the products you can buy at have a minimum warranty of 2 years.

7.2. In case of defective product, pantalones must replace the defective product with a new one. The formalities will be free for you, the consumer and user.
